This started back in 2015 when the city started enacting gun laws against the law abiding citizens. Two of there latest laws were noticed by President Stoudemire of GOSC in 2019. He immediately contacted Senator Cromer and Representative Hixon requesting an attorney general’s opinion on there two ordinances in 2019. This was sent to Attorney General Wilson and an opinion was written citing previous state laws which prohibited a city from passing gun regulations.
